Every time I hear about Lady Gaga’s Little Monsters I immediately think of Fred Savage’s 1989 movie of the same name which co stars Howie Mandel. The movie if you haven’t seen it explains what goes on under a kids bed, and why kids keep getting blamed for things they didn’t do. Rotten tomatoes gave it a 57% so, if you haven’t seen it yet, you should check it out.
But back to Mother Monster herself. While she’s constantly trying to reinvent herself and her sound, there are times when you fall in love with a sound of hers and she never returns to it. Future Love is one such sound for myself. It’s not her over the top sound. It’s not her stand up, move your body sound. It’s just an amazingly simple sound consisting of her and a piano. It’s a sound that shows critics her range. And it’s a sound that stays on repeat in my iTunes. This is a song she had played for some time at concerts before releasing it in May 2010. Hope you enjoy.
